This is a standard economy seat. Not much legroom but then it didn't appear the seats on this plane could recline, so I had no seatback in my face My seat didn't even have a recline button. The seats are paper thin so they can fit in more rows. But it's only a 30 minute flight from Honolulu to Lihue, Kauai so any discomfort is short-lived. The flight attendants are friendly, passing out juice and water, and the cabin is clean.

This is the first row in coach seating. It appears to be a bulkhead seat but there is no bulkhead, just a little curtain about 15" long handing from the overhead. So therefore, there is stowage under the seat in front.

1A is a Good Seat For Quick Flight. Recliner style seat in HA First Class. Service was friendly. Seat was comfortable just not fancy.

For island hopping, you do not have time to get uncomfortable in the seats. Row 23 is forward enough of the engines that a good view through the windows is possible; a bonus when wanting to view the islands.

For the short flights which this plane conducts, the seats are adequate. The windows are good in their placement and size, and provide great views of the Hawaiian Islands. The seat seemed no different than a Delta or Southwest economy seat, and that's a positive.

Although these are sold as Extra Comfort seating, they also have the tray in the armrest, thus reducing the seat width. Totally unnecessary, as the trays should be on back of the Row 4 seats. Plus no meals are ever served on inter-island flights. Across the aisle, Row 5 C,D, and E do not have the narrower seats with trays in the armrest.
